These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and gd333 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. GD333 recommends using a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including GD333 support staff, who will never ask for your password.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, or when requested, you are required to complete the KYC process by submitting a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and if necessary, proof of the payment method used. This is an industry-standard procedure designed to protect all parties from fraud and money laundering.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

8 Account Termination and Closure

GD333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, hacking activities, or any illegal activity involving an account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Inappropriate conduct towards support staff or other players.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the GD333 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible account balance will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

In cases where GD333 is found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited within the 30 days prior to the disputed incident.
